Citizens of Kazakhstan can stay in China visa-free for up to 30 days under the visa-free agreement — no visa is needed for a short business trip. We are not a visa agency and do not assist with visa applications: immigration law varies by country and isn't our area of expertise, so visa matters are handled by the client directly through the official consulate. If your trip needs a visa (a longer stay, a different citizenship), please confirm the requirements with the Chinese embassy or consulate in advance.

The tour price includes: full support from Yernar at every stage, transfers between markets and factories, translation services, visits to verified production sites, a route built around your niche, help with negotiations, logistics audit and product inspection. Yernar personally accompanies you in Yiwu and nearby cities. With the VIP package, and by agreement with the client, Yernar can personally accompany you to any city in China. Flights and accommodation are booked individually with our help at the best rates.

Groups form and depart only from Almaty, on direct flights to Guangzhou, Urumqi or Beijing. We do not arrange connections from other cities in Kazakhstan — departure is strictly from Almaty.

The main risks: dealing with resellers posing as factories (30–50% markup), sample substitution (perfect quality on the display stand, defective goods in the boxes), language barriers (a poorly drafted contract), and losing money through illegal yuan transfers. Yernar acts as your personal guarantee and insurance against these schemes.

We run two-level inspection control: 1) Checking the factory before signing a deal and paying a deposit. 2) A physical inspection of the entire batch at our warehouse in China before container loading (checking seams, completeness, electronics, brand compliance).

Every contract is signed with fixed penalties for delays. If defects are found during inspection, the factory is obligated to redo the batch at their own expense before it ships from China.

We recommend a sourcing budget of at least $5,000 — with less than that, flying to China for sourcing usually doesn't pay for itself, so we don't recommend it. Beyond that, there's no upper limit — we work with beginners on a budget from $5,000 (testing a niche, sample orders), as well as with established businesses sourcing container loads worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. If your budget is currently under $5,000, we can offer remote sourcing without a flight instead.
