Citizens of Kazakhstan can stay in China visa-free for up to 30 days under the visa-free agreement — no visa is needed for a short business trip. We are not a visa agency and do not assist with visa applications: immigration law varies by country and isn't our area of expertise, so visa matters are handled by the client directly through the official consulate. If your trip needs a visa (a longer stay, a different citizenship), please confirm the requirements with the Chinese embassy or consulate in advance.

The tour price includes: full support from Yernar at every stage, transfers between markets and factories, translation services, visits to verified production sites, a route built around your niche, help with negotiations, logistics audit and product inspection. Yernar personally accompanies you in Yiwu and nearby cities. With the VIP package, and by agreement with the client, Yernar can personally accompany you to any city in China. Flights and accommodation are booked individually with our help at the best rates.

Groups form and depart only from Almaty, on direct flights to Guangzhou, Urumqi or Beijing. We do not arrange connections from other cities in Kazakhstan — departure is strictly from Almaty.

We work under an official contract with IP "Aizere" (China Tour KZ) — not a verbal agreement. Payment is split into transparent stages (a deposit and a final payment after the goods are inspected), and every Chinese counterparty and factory undergoes a legal check before the contract is signed and any funds are paid.

Many dishonest guides and buying agents inflate the factory's real price or take a hidden kickback (10–20%) from the factory behind your back. China Tour KZ is built on 100% transparency: you get contacts, price lists and invoices directly from the factories. We don't take secret kickbacks. Our commission from 10% is a fair, fixed fee for the full cycle of work (search, negotiations, quality control and delivery).

The main risks: dealing with resellers posing as factories (30–50% markup), sample substitution (perfect quality on the display stand, defective goods in the boxes), language barriers (a poorly drafted contract), and losing money through illegal yuan transfers. Yernar acts as your personal guarantee and insurance against these schemes.

We run an 8-point inspection: the factory's legal standing — checked before the deal and the deposit — and, at our warehouse in China before shipping, quantity, color, size, appearance, completeness, packaging and product functionality. If a defect or mismatch is found at the warehouse, we arrange for the batch to be replaced at the manufacturer's expense before it ships to Kazakhstan.

Every contract is signed with fixed penalties for delays. If defects are found during inspection, the factory is obligated to redo the batch at their own expense before it ships from China.

No. You see the real cost of the goods — all invoices and product prices come to you directly from the factory, with no markup added on our side. Our commission from 10% is charged strictly for handling the deal and inspecting the cargo: supplier search and vetting, negotiations, quality control at our warehouse in China, and organizing logistics to your city.

We recommend a sourcing budget of at least $5,000 — with less than that, flying to China for sourcing usually doesn't pay for itself, so we don't recommend it. Beyond that, there's no upper limit — we work with beginners on a budget from $5,000 (testing a niche, sample orders), as well as with established businesses sourcing container loads worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. If your budget is currently under $5,000, we can offer remote sourcing without a flight instead.
